2021+ Error Codes

  1. Reset the breaker
  2. Check water level, it must be above all jets
  3. Make sure all the jets are open (turn counter-clockwise)
  4. Check filters / filter buckets to large debris
  5. If the spa was freshly filled there may be an air lock
  6. Check the wet end of the pump for large debris
  1. Reset the breaker
  2. Check the pressure switch wire, make sure it is not sitting in water
  3. Disconnect pressure switch wire from board (ensure power is fully off) clean pins and reset up to 3x
  4. Adjust pressure switch clockwise 90 degrees until error code is cleared
  5. Replace pressure switch
  1. Reset the spa from the dealer portal
  2. Check water level, it must be above all jets
  3. Make sure all the jets are open (turn counter-clockwise)
  4. Check for large debris in the filters / filter buckets
  5. Check the heater probe cable is not damaged and properly seating on the heater in the thermal well
  6. Disconnect HL probe from the board (ensure the power is fully off), clean prongs and reset up to 3x
  7. Check for large debris in the wet end of P1
  8. Check to voltage at P1 low relay
  1. Reset the breaker
  2. If the spa was just drained and filled, make sure it was done using cold water
  3. Check filtration settings, ensure filter suspend is set to 1
  1. Reset the breaker
  2. New drain and fill (wait until spa comes up to temperature)
  3. Inspect temperature probe wire for damage
  4. Check probe connection to board, clean prongs and rest up to 3x
  5. Ensure probe is fully foamed to the shell
  1. Reset the breaker
  2. Check that water level is above all the jets and that al jets are open (turn counter-clockwise)
  3. Check for large debris in the filters / filter buckets
  4. Check that the filter probe cable is not damaged and properly seating on the heater in the thermal well
  5. Disconnect HL probe from board (ensure power is fully off), clean prongs and reset up to 3x
  6. Check for large debris in the wet end of P1
  7. Check the voltage at P1 low relay
  1. Manually test the spa water
  2. Add chemicals as required if probe and manual test match
  3. If probe is not:check the cap is off the probe – Has the probe been left out of water – Check that the wiring for the ORP and pH is correct (ensure the labels on the wire and the generator match)
  4. Probe may need to be replaced
  1. Reset the breaker
  2. Check the heater probe cable for damage
  3. Ensure the probe is seated properly in the thermal well on the heater
  4. Check probe connection to the board (ensure power is fully off), clean prongs and reset up to 3x
  5. Replace heater probe

RUN PURGE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH FILTER CYCLE

Purge only one pump will be one at any given time:

1 Pump 1 High        900sec

2 Pump 2                 60sec

3 Pump 3                 60sec

4 Pump 4                 60sec

5 YESS with C         60sec

*If O3 is set to ‘1’: Pump1 will run on low speed for 900 seconds. (Settings)

6 Pump 1 Low Cycle for remainder of filter cycle
